Rococo flourished in the 18th century and enchanted the court and nobility at French castles. Weingarden 98 recalls the enchantment with soft curves and a shining surface in its elegant composition. The style is clearly influenced by the transition to Art Nouveau, which with its undulating forms fittingly can be described as “Rococo squid”.
