RETURNS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of return, you must inform us of your decision to return the product(s) by an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail.

Customers are responsible for the return postage costs.

All returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in an unused condition.

The original purchase price of the goods will be refunded to the customer once World of Handles receives the goods.

In the case of exchanges, the replacement product will be sent once the returned item has been received by World of Handles.

Damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items sent by the customer will not be accepted (as they cannot be resold), and no refund or exchange will be given.

WARRANTY

The warranty on our products extends for two years from the date of shipment. This warranty does not cover any damage to any part of the product resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the product, and failure to follow the instructions provided by World of Handles.
